Peach Bread
Never heard of it? Well its much like banana bread but in a sweeter, more juicy way! Eat alongside a cup of tea for breakfast or as dessert its real yummy!
Recipe:
Yield: 1 loaf
1.5 c whole wheat flour 1tsp sea salt .5 c white sugar .25 c coconut oil
.5 tsp baking powder 1tbsp vanilla .5 tsp cinnamon 1.25 c peeled fresh peaches
.5 tsp baking soda 2 eggs
Preheat oven to 325 F, mix it all together, butter the pan, and cook for 1 hour (or until browned on top)

.5 lb tomatoes (diced) 1 bell pepper 1 jalapeno (seed it carefully) 1 small onion
2 limes (juice) 1/4 bunch of cilantro 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1lb peaches
pop all of this in a food processor ( i personally love using my VitaMix) and either can up or serve alongside chips and guacamole!
